Pipi’s beautifully sculpted façade is a study in folded planes and angled blades. 

The linear elements undulate across the face of the building, angled to filter light, with balconies preserving privacy and directing views towards the beach or surrounding coastal hills. The sweeping, sunbleached palette combines pale concrete, white terracotta and white brick, creating a pale grey and white vision of coastal luxe that will weather beautifully. What a fantastic experience the Everlite team had with this project, we were so honoured to be a part of it!
